1. GENERAL
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all sales from us effected through our website and by using our website you agree that they apply to all contracts between you and us. They are liable to change at any time and any change will take effect from the time of publication on our website. Your statutory rights are not affected. 1.3 All communications from us will be in English language. All contracts with us will be deemed to have been made in Scotland and any disputes regulated by Scots law and you agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes.
2. ORDERS PLACED ONLINE
2.1 After you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail that your order is accepted with an Order Reference Number. Our website constitutes an invitation to you to do business with us. Any order submitted by you is your offer to enter into a contract with us.
2.2 We are not responsible for pricing errors and we may decline any order although we will advise you of the reason.
2.3 Shortly after receipt of your order we will confirm that we have accepted your order and advise you of your Order Reference Number. A contract will be entered into between you and us only when we have issued our confirmation that your order is accepted and issued your Order Reference Number.
2.4 We must receive payment for the goods ordered and delivery costs before your order can be accepted and your Order Reference Number issued.
2.5. The prices quoted on our website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and exclude delivery costs which are specified in Paragraph 5 below. Errors and omissions are excluded. Prices shown in currencies other than UK Sterling (GBP) are a guide price only, as exchange rates at the time of purchase may vary the actual total cost due.
2.6. The price, availability and specification of the goods are subject to change without notice prior to our issuing an acceptance of your order and your Order Reference Number but not thereafter.
2.7. All descriptions, images and specifications are published for illustration purposes only and are not binding on us.
2.8. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all moneys owed by you under this and any other contract.
2.9. All risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 Payment is via PayPal.
3.2 The goods will not be despatched until we have full payment for them and for delivery costs
4. DELIVERY OF GOODS
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery. We use Royal Mail, registered mail, for all deliveries. We will endeavour, wherever possible, to despatch goods on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any goods that you order are out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. If delay in despatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the goods have not been despatched, cancel your order and we will refund any sums paid by you.
5. DELIVERY COSTS
You will require to pay delivery charges as follows -
UK mainland - FREE
Rest of UK - £13.50
Rest of UK orders - orders over £300 are FREE
(Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Europe - £20.00.
European Overseas - orders over £400 are FREE.
Overseas - £40.00.
All Other Overseas Countries - orders over £500 are FREE.
Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local sales taxes and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability.
6. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SECURITY
Credit card details are only taken by Paypal.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
7.1 We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
7.2 Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties, and we only use cookies to facilitate the order process. No other form of tracking technology is used by us.
7.3 As an alternative, you can contact us by telephone to place your order. Just telephone +44 (0) 1890 885933 during normal working hours Monday to Friday. We may be closed on local and public holidays.
8. RETURNS POLICY
8.1 You are welcome to order any items from our extensive range. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied, please return the goods to us.
8.2 We offer 14 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from our website with the exception of earings. You can claim a full refund (less postage and packaging) on any undamaged items returned to us, in an unused condition, and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your goods or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item except earings.
8.3 Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. You must prepay postage.
8.4 We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
8.5 On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who paid for the goods. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on despatch of the replacement goods.
8.6 You should also enclose the Returns Slip which accompanied the goods.
9. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
9.1 In the event of goods being damaged on receipt they should be returned for our inspection immediately.
9.2 Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
9.3 Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed only for justified damage claims.
